About Us
Our founder, Mike Sovel, served as an HR leader for 30 years in one of the world's most respected management & technology consulting firms. In that time, he managed high-performing HR teams responsible for a full cadre of business functions: workforce management, workforce planning, performance management, career development, compensation administration, staffing, forecasting, and employee relations.

About
Mike Sovel, President and CEO
Mike's early career was spent in the management consulting arena, helping manufacturing clients implement new systems and processes to improve their overall effectiveness. He then transitioned into the Human Resource area, where he progressed through a variety of local, regional, and national leadership roles. Over these years he's worn many hats, including HR Business Partner Lead, Talent Supply Chain Lead, and HR Service Delivery Lead (to name a few). He is passionate about growing strong HR professionals and ensuring that employees have all the support and resources needed to grow their career.

Mike has an Industrial Engineering Degree and MBA (HR Management & Organizational Behavior; Operations Management) from the University of Michigan.
